Gang Wu, a skilled professional in the field of elevators and escalators. With over 17 years of experience in elevator technology and management, Gang has a deep understanding of the structural and performance characteristics of elevators and escalators, and possesses expertise in elevator installation and after-sales management. Gang is outgoing, lively, and skilled in communication. He has strong communication and coordination skills, and is adept at identifying and solving problems. He is also responsible, accountable, and possesses a teamwork spirit. Gang began his career as a Tester at Hitachi Elevator (China) Co., Ltd. where he was responsible for the commissioning and inspection of related projects in the five northwestern provinces. He later worked as a Maintenance Technician, providing technical support for elevator installations and handling maintenance work. In 2008, Gang joined Shaanxi Anjetong Building Equipment Co., Ltd. as a Supervisor in the Engineering Management Department, where he was responsible for the effective implementation of control systems during the installation process. He later became a Supervisor in the After-Sales Service Department, where he was responsible for the effective implementation of control systems during the elevator maintenance process. Currently, Gang is a Project Manager in the Engineering Department of Shaanxi Yisheng Elevator Co., Ltd., where he is responsible for coordinating the work of construction teams, construction units, supervisory units, and general contracting units for installation projects. He is also responsible for completing elevator commissioning work and supervision and inspection work, as well as coordinating and handling problems during these processes. Gang holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University and is familiar with national elevator quality standards, able to apply them effectively to his work. He is skilled in elevator installation, commissioning, and maintenance, knowledgeable in the use of elevator control systems, and experienced in customer service, satisfaction surveys, and feedback.
